THE STUDIO NOTEBOOK

Prepare the information before the layout

A website project becomes clearer when its content and operating needs are understood early.

01 / NOTE

Map the visitor’s questions

Identify what someone must know about the business, the offer, and the next step. Give each page a role and avoid adding pages solely to increase the count. Detailed content should answer distinct questions.

02 / NOTE

Collect real business material

Prepare service facts, contact details, brand assets, images you can use, and approved proof. Mark missing information for a decision instead of filling it with unsupported claims. This content should guide the design.

03 / NOTE

Identify the functional needs

List forms, delivery inboxes, editing requirements, integrations, and any accounts or payments involved. Confirm how submissions are stored and handled. A site that looks complete still needs its operating path reviewed.

04 / NOTE

Plan the launch and ownership

Discuss domain, hosting, backups, updates, and who can edit the finished site. Confirm the handover material and which maintenance is included. Search visibility depends on useful content and ongoing activity; launching pages alone does not create guaranteed traffic.
